Do DualSun panels use rare earth metals?

DualSun panels do not use rare earth metals.  As most solar photovoltaic panels on the market today (94%), DualSun panels are composed essentially of Cristalline silicon (purified sand), a material that is abundant and thus not considered a rare earth metal. Only thin-film solar technologies (CIGS) use two rare earth metals: indium and gallium.

Conclusion: we must above all be more energy efficient - consume less and consume intelligently!  And it is important to use energy solutions that are environmentally-friendly and sustainable such as solar panels.
