What tests are performed on DualSun Spring panels at the end of production

In addition to IEC 61215 and 61730 and Solar Keymark certification tests, each DualSun solar panel is individually tested at the end of the production line.

This enables us to ensure the quality of our products.

In fact, our factory is ISO 9001 certified.

Tests for the photovoltaic part:

• Flashtest to establish the electrical data of the module
• Electroluminescence test for the detection of electrical connection faults or cell breakage

This concerns the Spring and Flash panels.

Tests for the thermal part:

• Pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure
• Leakage measurement with hydraulic connections in place

This concerns the SPRING panels.

We are able to provide the customer with the test results of each panel attached to the delivery note.

The electroluminescence test can be provided on request.
