Where can I find the specifications of my DualSun panel ?
Find the Panel Model
- On the back on the panel you can find a sticker where you can ready the model of the panel
- the quote from your installer
- The study on your MyDS account
- On the warrantiy certificate
Find the Serial number
The place of our panel’s serial number has evolved a lot since the first panel we launched, depending on the year, the model and the intern production methods.
To find that serial number, please take a look, in order of preference :
- In front of the panel, between the glass and the photovoltaïc cells
- On the edge of the panel’s frame, panel full-faced
- On the identification label, on the panel’s back
This serial number is hidden by the exchanger on the hybrids SPRING panels
